Since the 1950′s, Carlos Cruz-Diez has been exploring the concept of color and how it is perceived. His interest started with the Kinetic Movement and has been developing since he began his work "Chromosaturation" in 1965.
The work is a manufactured space composed of three different color chambers (red, green and blue) that allows visitors to be sucked into a stimulating visual experience. The spaces modify your perception and alter skin color, clothing and objects as you walk through. This is because it alters the way your eye processes color as it is use to seeing many at once.
This work is only available for viewing at the Musee En Herbe in Paris until December 16th, 2012 and then it will be moved to Mexico until Februrary 2013. If you are in either area it seems like a beautiful sight to behold.
