US based flexographic label and packaging printer FlexoIne has bought in two servo presses from Nilpeter in a bid to boost production capacity.
The firm has invested in both a 7-colour and a 4-colour FB-press to provide enhanced service for its customers while expanding printing capabilities.
FlexoOne CEO Matt Sherry and COO Scott Opfar said in a joint statement: “When it became apparent we needed to expand our press capacity, we researched for 6 months on which direction to go.
“Both presses provide the highest level of printing performance at every level; we could not be more pleased.”
The Nilpeter’s FB-Line is based on modular flexo technology for easy configuration and claimed to be suitable for high-quality, cost-effective printing.
Screen and hot foil Drop-In features of the FB-Line allows it to increase printing options at very affordable prices.
Nilpeter area sales manager Rob Wray said: “The Nilpeter FB-Line has been a traditional workhorse. Its rugged design and open architecture allow a plethora of flexo and packaging applications.
“It is a perfect fit for the expanding packaging needs of FlexoOne and we are very proud they chose us as the solution provider.”
In April, US-based labels manufacturer Jamac said it has installed third Nilpeter flexo press, a 6-color servo-powered FB-2500S.
The FB-2500S features ergonomic slide-out printing stations, easy-to-use operator interface, advanced die-cutting and drying systems, and Nilpeter's automatic plate positioning system (APPS).
