Catering supplier Nisbets has added two new Waring Belgian waffle makers to its range of kitchen equipment products describing both as 'profitable additions' to any foodservice operation.
The Waring DM874 double waffle maker is one of two new waffle-related products that catering supplier Nisbets has recently begun to stock
Product details:
Both the Waring DM873 and DM874 can make up to 200, inch-deep pocketed waffles per hour - all of which will deliver a crisp finish to the product protecting the light, fluffy interior.
The single waffle maker, or DM873, stands at 235mm height x 260mm width while the DM874 is a double maker with a size of 241mm height x 265mm width.
Both products:
Produce waffles that are ready in two minutes. Are made compact and sturdy with a heavy-duty die-cast housing. Feature LED indicators to identify power and ready functions. Boast a 'beep' signal to notify chefs when the waffle is ready. Come with a drip pan, batter cup to monitor portion control and triple-coated non-stick plates that allow for easy waffle removal and equipment cleaning.
The double model accommodates upper and lower cooking without the need to turn meaning the mixture is evenly cooked, quickly.
USP:
Both waffle makers feature heating elements embedded in the casing which allows for precise temperature control. A rotary feature helps deliver even baking and browning and a browning control knob allows operators to select the level of brownness from a choice of five settings.
Price:
The Waring DM873 single waffle maker costs £149.99, meanwhile the double waffle maker, the Waring DM874, is priced at £229.99.
