In a statement, Pattern Insight said that it had come to an agreement with VMware to sell its Log Insight product, together with its team and technology.
Spiros Xanthos, CEO and co-founder of Pattern Insight, was positive about the acquisition and explained that VMware was a good fit for the product.
"We anticipate that the potential of the Log Insight technology will be maximised through this acquisition.
