Enjoy Life Foods is expanding distribution of its Free-From line of allergy friendly foods to new channels in North America and new countries across the world.
The move is a part of the company's efforts to meet the demand for Free-From products that contain no artificial ingredients and are verified non-GMO.
Later this month, the company will enter the club channel with the launch of Plentils plant-based lentil chips into the Midwest division of Costco.
Enjoy Life Foods Sales & Marketing chief officer Joel Warady said, "Our consumers have repeatedly asked us to expand into the club channel, but we made a strategic decision to postpone this until the timing was right."
Recently, the company expanded its international distribution with the launch of its products in Mexico.
Warady added, "The global demand for foods that can be tolerated by those with a variety of food allergies and intolerances is on the rise as more people are learning about gluten and other food sensitivities and begin to look for options that will allow them to 'eat freely."
