US-based MLA Gourmet has launched an all-natural liquor infused cookie dough - Absinthe Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, becoming the first company to introduce such product in baking sector.
The new product launch will be commemorated with in-store tastings at Whole Foods Markets, the company said.
The Absinthe Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is made with Lucid Absinthe. Absinthe is a green anise flavored liquor made with herbs and botanicals.
MLA Gourmet has also introduced two flavors - Original Chocolate Chip and Mochaccino Chocolate Chip. The Original Chocolate Chip is a premium version of the traditional classic and Mochaccino Chocolate Chip is a triple chocolate chip cookie with Ghirardelli dark chocolate, white chocolate, and coffee.
The cookie doughs are available in the frozen desserts section of the retailers.
