Clive Wooster - former head of European sales at Tomy - is to tackle the 75-mile Isle of Wight Coastal Path for charity.
Wooster will be aiming to raise money for Brainstrust - which is an IOW-based charity for sufferers of brain cancer. It works with adults and children, as well as their families who need help, advice and support.
Wooster - along with his friend Simon - will set off from Ryde Pier on Friday March 22nd, with the aim to arrive back on Sunday March 24th.
"I've done this once before and after three days of blisters and no toenails, I vowed never to do it again," Wooster said. "The memory of that pain has dimmed though, so my pal Simon and I will tackle it again for Brainstrust - a fantastic support for anyone suffering with this condition."
