German company IntraVis Vision Systems has unveiled the Label Watcher inspection machines, its new range of label quality control systems for application in the personal care consumer industry market.
IntraVis Label Watcher label inspection machines feature two industrial CCD cameras with lenses that can detect label presence, identity, fit and rotation, ferret.com.au reported.
The machines, which can inspect up to 14 objects per second, also comprise an optional module that can detect common label issues including printing errors, color, folds /wrinkles and air bubbles of more than 0.75mm.
They possess the ability to eject defective products from the production line, generate detailed statistics for optimal quality management and can be integrated into any existing filling line or new labeling machine.
