It is reported that Taiwan's China Steel Corp. (CSC) has postponed its steel plate shipment seriously to its local buyers due to CSC's recent annually maintenance schedule on its steel plate production plant. One of CSC's distributors said some of their orders have been expected to ship in September. However, CSC still can’t complete the shipment even though it is almost the end of November. The delay plate shipment caused some local construction projects could not finish on time. Therefore, local buyers wish CSC can take seriously and help them to settle down the issue regarding to the delay shipment penalty.
