Trina Solar made USD 260.2 million net operating incomes in the first quarter this year, down 25.6 percent year on year and 14 percent quarter on quarter; net losses were USD 63.70 million.
Besides USD 800 million debts, the company also takes on USD 14 billion off-balance sheet liabilities.
Trina Solar made most of the first-quarter incomes from Europe, especially Germany and the UK. Data show that 24.6 percent of USD 260.2 million, the first-quarter incomes, came from Germany, up from 12.9 percent in the four quarter 2012; 22.9 percent of the first-quarter incomes came from the UK, soaring by 398 percent from 4.6 percent in the previous quarter.
