Automotive coating maker Axalta has introduced its digital spectrophotometer, Acquire Plus EFX in the Korean market.
According to Axalta, Acquire Plus EFX will enable body shops to achieve the best possible color match quickly, reliably and efficiently.
It is aimed at making refinisher's jobs easier by accelerating the repair process, and reducing the chances of poor color match.
Axalta said that 30,000 units of digital spectrophotometer are presently being used by customers from different parts of the world.
Acquire Plus EFX is capable of takes color readings from three different angles, when placed near the vehicles damaged area, and it can be connected to a computer to determine matching color formula.
