Kashi, a US-based natural food company owned by Kellogg, has launched new single-serve pizzas in two flavors Greek Tzatziki and Indian Tikka Masala.
The company stated that the new pizzas are convenient, simple to prepare and satisfy cravings for a nourishing meal.
Featuring crust made with Kashi Seven Whole Grains, flax and sesame, the Kashi Greek Tzatziki pizza is topped with spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, feta, mozzarella and a sauce of Greek Tzatziki yogurt, cucumber, dill and garlic. It provides 6g of fiber, 17g of protein and 23g of whole grains per serving.
Kashi Indian Tikka Masala pizza is topped with mozzarella, fire-roasted eggplant, spinach, tomatoes, crushed red pepper and a spicy Tikka Masala sauce, and it offers 7g of fiber, 18g of protein and 24g of whole grains per serving.
Available in the frozen aisle of select grocery retailers nationwide, the single-serve pizzas have a suggested retail price of $3.99.
Kashi is based in La Jolla, California, and its product portfolio includes breakfast cereals, energy bars, crackers, frozen entrees, including pizza and breakfast foods as well as snack foods.
