Business Line reported that Mahindra & Mahindra has appointed Mr Rajesh Jejurikar as CEO Tractor and Farm Mechanization, effective April 1st 2013.
The company in a statement said that Mr Jejuridar will replace Mr Bishwambhar Mishra, who is moving over as director, Mahindra Institute of Quality.
Mr Jejurikar, who was earlier CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra’s Automotive Division, had left the company in January 2012 and joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises as its president.
He will be a member of the Mahindra & Mahindra Group Executive Board and will be responsible for the tractor businesses of both the Mahindra and Swaraj brands.
In addition, his responsibilities will include Mahindra Gujarat Tractor Ltd, Applitrac, Construction Equipment businesses and Asset Management for AFS among others.
