LED based lighting,electronic and electro mechanical systems company LPA has signed two lighting contracts totalling£0.7m.
The company,which operates in transportation,defence and infrastructure,said trading in the final quarter of the year remained strong and it expects to meet and exceed current expectations.
As a result of several medium sized contracts LPA noted that market conditions were"unusually good."
The financial year commencing 10th October will be one of transition,according to the firm.The company will be investing into its technical,sales and commercial resources in order to secure opportunities for future growth.
The company is awaiting a planning application decision on its Tudor Works site in Saffron Walden.It also acquired the Shire Hill factory in Saffron Walden and will be submitting a planning application in order to modify and refurbish the property.
