Heilongjiang Province-based Chinese steelmaker Beiman Special Steel Co. has announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement for 2014 with its largest customer, Baosteel Group Changzhou Roll Manufacture Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinese steel giant Baosteel Group. According to the agreement, in 2014 Beiman Special Steel will supply 12,000-15,000 mt of rolled blanks to Baosteel Group Changzhou Roll Manufacture Company.
Baosteel Group Changzhou Roll Manufacture Company, established in 1994, is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Baosteel Group and dedicated to services for the steel and nonferrous metallurgy industries both at home and abroad. Specialized in research and development, design, manufacturing and technical services for forged steel cold rolling, the company states that it now ranks first in China's forged steel cold rolling industry in terms of scale, quality and competitiveness.
