Contract packaging company in the US Pharma Packaging Solutions has unveiled a new bottle line, which has been designed to support quick change-overs and custom packaging on batch sizes that are small.
The new packaging line uses channel filling technology and is said to provide flexible bottle filling capacity to the company's clients, pharmaceuticalonline.com reported.
According to the company, the line consists of specific technology that offers customizable output, reducing customer waste and maximizing fulfillment turnaround.
Elements featured by the line are topsert applications, line clearance design, pack out variability as well as in-line vision systems.
Pharma Packaging Solutions business development vice president Scott Garverick said, "We are pleased to introduce our newest bottle line and determine how we can best serve our current business partners, as well as other pharmaceutical and healthcare industry professionals."
The company is a contract packager for Rx, OTC, private label and dietary supplements industries.
