British car dealer reviews provider JudgeService will introduce its new opportunity tracking tool, known as ProAct, for car dealers.
ProAct enables car dealers to turn lost business opportunities into secure sales, whilst boosting their customer service rankings.
It uses targeted surveys to give dealers information about lost sales and changes required to ensure future opportunities and prospects are maximized.
Additionally, the tool will also improve customer service by enabling dealers to evaluate the feedback from customers regarding their service.
ProAct enables dealers, who sign up to use it, to receive independent feedback directly from customers who have either emailed, called or visited the dealership.
JudgeService sales director Dale Woodley said: "ProAct is designed to help businesses understand exactly how they are perceived by a non-customer, giving them the tools to ensure future business success."
