Emma King joins as junior product manager, Dave Glicksman as key account manager and James Keys as a sales agent.
Following the relocation to new offices in Richmond, Bandai has welcomed a trio of appointments within its marketing and sales team.
Emma King joins as junior product manager from Disney Consumer Products, where she assisted in the EMEA marketing activations for Adidas, Reebok, Vans and other footwear and sportswear brands.
King's toy experience includes product developing dress up ranges for all Disney brands and she will be looking after the girl’s brands at Bandai.
“I am very excited to start a new chapter with these amazing girl’s brands," said King.
"As much as I love shoes and sports, it is going to be great to work on a new category. I can’t wait to immerse myself in the toy industry."
Elsewhere, Dave Glicksman has joined as key account manager focusing on the London flagship stores, department stores and mail order. Glicksman has previously worked for Bandai as a sales agent and has an extensive background in the toys industry dating back to the early 1980’s.
James Keys has also joined as sales agent representing the South East area. Keys has been a sales agent since 2009 and represents some of the UK’s largest toy companies.
“We are delighted to welcome Emma, Dave and James to Bandai following our recent relocation from Southampton to new purpose built offices in Richmond," said Clive Smith, Bandai’s general manager.
"They are joining Bandai at an exciting time. Power Rangers is experiencing strong sales growth versus last year and next spring will see a brand new big screen Power Rangers movie from Lionsgate, the first in nearly 20 years. Emma, Dave and James each bring with them invaluable experience that will help us take our business to the next level.”
