The ADX General Index gained 1.15% to close at 2,839.04 points Tuesday, the highest level since April 21 2012. Ras al-Khaima Cement Co. plummeted 3.80% to Dhs0.76. Earlier in the day, RAK Cement said its annual net loss has narrowed to Dhs7.2m in 2012, down 63.6% from Dhs19.96m in 2011. The firm s revenue increased by 14.3% to reach Dhs218.9m. RAK Cement shares have gained 20.63% in the last 12 months. Bank of Sharjah posted the largest advance (up 6.38% at Dhs1.50). Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank was the most liquid share, closing 1.47% higher at Dhs3.43.
