Playmobil’s Police range will be celebrating an extra special anniversary at Toy Fair this week. This year marks the 35th anniversary of the first Playmobil Police Car available in the UK.
Over the years, the classic police car has undergone several changes to maintain its place as a well-loved Playmobil favourite. From a simple green car, in line with its home country, Germany, changes to colour, shape and added technology such as flashing lights have cemented the Playmobil Police Car as a sought after toy.
The Police Car is part of the all-new Police Range launching at Toy Fair, alongside Playmobil's other 2013 offerings.
The fresh Police range will feature a host of innovations for young citizens looking to keep law and order including a working alarm, break-out cells, vehicles and a bank with working cash machine.
