Kumba Iron Ore announces the resignation of Chris Griffith and the appointment of Norman Mbazima as CEO and executive director of the Company
The board of Kumba Iron Ore Limited("Kumba")announces the resignation of Chris Griffith and the appointment of Norman Mbazima as CEO and executive director of the Company,effective 1 September 2012,following the appointment of Chris Griffith as CEO of Anglo American Platinum Limited.
Mr Mbazima has been CEO of Anglo American's Thermal Coal business since 2009 and was previously the CEO of Scaw Metals and joint acting CEO and CFO of the Platinum business.
