Mexim Australia Recalls Shahjalal Vegetable Singhara From Specialty Bangladeshi Stores

Mexim Australia is recalling Shahjalal Vegetable Singhara from specialty Bangladeshi stores in Victoria as the product contains peanut which is not mentioned on the label, according to the Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ).

The recall affects frozen samosas - Shahjalal Vegetable Singhara of 400g with all best before dates in the marketplace. The product was manufactured in Bangladesh.

Consumers intolerant to peanuts are advised not to consume the recalled product as it may result in a reaction, if consumed.

Those who have purchased the product should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
