HVAC Investigators (HVACi) has announced availability of its iCheck desktop review service to property and casualty (P&C) insurance carriers throughout the US.
The service provides insurance adjusters evaluating HVAC claims with a simple method for verification of repair or replacement estimates that are provided by local HVAC contractors.
HVAC Investigators Vendor Relationship manager Matthew Livingston said iCheck provides a unique combination of significant time, stress, and monetary savings to the adjuster community.
"The iCheck service ensures that HVAC equipment quoted is based on current market pricing and like-kind-and-quality (LKQ) parts," Livingston added.
The HVAC Investigators can then prepare an actionable report after calling contractors within four business hours of receiving a copy of contractor's quote from adjusters.
The report definitively state whether the proposed estimates remain within an acceptable variance of fair market pricing or require adjustment based on real-world market factors.
iCheck desktop review is offered at a simple, low cost flat rate pricing structure for residential and commercial claims of up to two systems.
HVACi provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) damage assessments to insurance carriers across the country.
