UK-based Princes launched a new range of fruit fillings, fruit pots with redesigned packaging to extend its existing canned fruit range portfolio.
Princes marketing director Neil Brownbill said the company's canned fruit is a key growth opportunity in the market and is performing well, as consumers recognize its convenience and health benefits.
"We are keen to offer consumers a more extensive selection of canned fruit from a brand they know and trust for its quality and good value for money," Brownbill said.
According to the company, it expects to take a larger share of the pound 106m market by further investing in the brand with a major packaging and SRP (Single Responsibility Principle) redesign of its existing canned fruit portfolio.
