UK-based supplier of technically driven raising agents to bakers, Kudos Blends, has appointed Brenntag North America as the national distributor for KUDOS Potassium Bicarbonate in the US.
Under the deal, Brenntag will expand the reach of Kudo's low sodium solutions for baked goods across US as well as offer local support to existing customers.
Brenntag North America will manage the distribution of KUDOS Potassium Bicarbonate, a product developed as an alternative to sodium bicarbonate to help bakers in reducing sodium content without removing salt.
Kudos Blends CEO Dinnie Jordan said that as the demand for sodium reduction solutions increases across the globe it is important for the company as an industry leader to be able to meet customers' needs and provide them with the products and knowledge they need on a local scale.
