HighJump Software, a supply chain management software provider, has teamed up with Unisun Software, a produce inventory management and accounting software developer, to provide electronic data interchange (EDI) platform to the latter's customers using ENVIO software.
HighJump' TrueCommerce EDI suits the needs of packer-grower-shippers, and is a preferred EDI platform for use with ENVIO.
The partnership will allow ENVIO customers to integrate their inventory management with EDI making it cost-effective to comply with EDI mandates from customers, while streamlining order processing activities.
It will also allow the customers to implement EDI from a single source and efficiently track orders from purchase order to shipment to proof of delivery and invoicing.
Unlike non-integrated, standalone EDI systems or web portal services, the integrated EDI can be a significant competitive advantage.
