SKF Named New CFO, Effective May 1

Antifriction bearing maker SKF announced recently, Henrik Lange, SKF industrial marketing strategy industry president, will replace Tore Bertilsson to hold the post of CFO. SKF president of Asia Rakesh Mahija is names as the new president of industrial marketing strategy industry.

SKF announced recently, Tore Bertilsson, current executive vice president and CFO, has decided to retire, and Henrik Lange will serve as executive vice president immediately. He will replace Tore Bertilsson to be CFO of SKF from May 1 this year.

Henrik Lange now is the president of SKF industrial marketing strategy industry, who joined SFK since 1988 and he has held many managerment positions in general management and financial areas of the company.

Henrik Lange’s position will be replaced by Rakesh Mahija, which will be effected on May 1. Rakesh Mahija now is mainly responsible for the business in Chinese and Indian market. He was names as the general manager of SKF India Company in 2002, and was promoted as SKF president of Asia in 2010.
