Gazprom and Media Holding calls special meeting December 25th 2012 to consider BOD members rewards.
The Company (TIN 7728668727) provides accumulation and development of media assets. It includes several TV companies, radio stations, cinemas, newspapers etc.
The share capital is equal to RUB 22.033 billion. The 2011 net profit (RAS) reached RUB 715.478 million vs. RUB 210.9 million in net losses; revenues being doubled to RUB 7.491 million from RUB 3.591 million.
The 2011 consolidated revenues (IAS) added 19.5% to come to RUB 46.876 billion from RUB 39.219 billion prior year.
