Taura Natural Ingredients, a concentrated fruit products producer, has developed a range of next-generation URC fruit concepts.
The three variants URC Fruit & Protein, URC Fruit & Energy and URC Fruit & Fibre are set to be unveiled at the Food Ingredients Europe 2013 exhibition, scheduled to be held from 19-21 November.
Each product has been developed to provide both natural health benefits as well as good taste, the company said.

The company will also showcase a range of Texture concepts, which are part of its URC Inclusions portfolio.
Ultra Rapid Concentration (URC) is a process of concentrating the taste, texture and goodness of fruit into pieces, flakes and pastes for applications such as chocolate, baked goods, confectionery and snack bars.
