Pie Five Pizza, a US-based pizza chain, has introduced new Chicken Awesome-Cado pie, just in time for the Summer 2013.
The new Chicken Awesome-Cado is handcrafted and features all natural chicken breast, Hass avocados, diced Roma tomatoes and sliced onions atop a blend of hand-grated mozzarella and provolone cheeses and drizzled with crème fraiche, the company said.
Pie Five noted that the limited-time offering will be available at all its locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area through 4 August 2013.
Commenting on the launch, Pie Five chief marketing officer Flynn Dekker said that the company has partnered with Avocados from Mexico to create the new Chicken Awesome-Cado pie.
"The Chicken Awesome-Cado is light, refreshing and, simply put - awesome," added Dekker.
Currently, Pie Five Pizza has 10 locations in Texas, one location in Utah, and franchise agreements for another 37 restaurants to-date in Utah; Charlotte, North Carolina; Florida; and Kansas City.
