Q90 believes its new oven range and hob top collection combines southern European style with northern European engineering rigour.
The Q90 4 burner: just one product in a wide choice of hob tops and burner specifications
Product details:
Q90 has added a collection of 20 oven ranges and hob tops to the Middleby Corporation’s 70-piece modular range of 900mm deep commercial catering equipment. The Middleby Corporation is Q90’s parent company.
USP:
Flexibility is a strong selling-point. Ranges are available with either gas or electric ovens, and there are a wide choice of hob tops and burner specifications. These include open gas burners, large 4 kW electric plates, gas and electric solid tops, vitro-ceramic hob tops, and a combination top with open gas burners and a solid plate. You can even specify your own combination of 5.5kW, 7.5kW or 10kW gas burners.
Each oven range hob is also available as a separate boiling top, with the option of an ambient base unit. There are also two burner gas, electric and vitro-ceramic boiling tops, and two energy efficient induction hobs, to complete the product line up.
Cost:
Q90 list-prices range from 1,380 for the two-burner gas boiling top, to 10,550 for the four-zone induction hob. The six-burner range with gas oven has a list price of 4,885.
Why you should buy it:
Richard Fordham, Q90’s international brand manager, said: “Operators are also looking for well-designed equipment, which is built to last, easy to clean and efficient. If it looks good too it can be used in open-style kitchens as well as behind the scenes.
“Q90, which successfully combines southern European style with northern European engineering rigour and manufacturing precision, fits the bill exactly.”
