Nissan North America has reported 16.2% rise in its sales in July 2012 to 98,341 units when compared to 84,601 units sold during the same period in 2011.
During the period, the sales of Nissan Division rose 12.3% to 86,722 units over 77,191 units sold last year, while Infiniti vehicle sales increased 56.8% to 11,619 units over the prior year.
Nissan's Altima vehicle sales increased 24.7% to 26,602 units, while the sales of the company's Rogue vehicles rose 17.2% to 13,193 units during July.
Nissan's car line up collectively reported 13.8% rise in sales to 53,744 units when compared to the year ago period.
Sales of Infiniti G sedan increased 88.8% to 6,078 units, while the sales of JX crossover rose to 1,999 units and overall sales of 9,724 units since its launch in March 2012.
