American dealer owned auto firm National Auto Care (NAC) has entered into a merger agreement with Family First Dealer Services (FFDS), a provider of F&I products, administration, consulting services, training and marketing support.
This deal will combine the vehicle service contract business of NAC with the ancillary products business of FFDS.
After merger, the new entity formed will multiply its efforts and create a one-stop administrative resource for an expansive portfolio of products, programs and customer service to agents, their dealers, OEMs and financial institutions nationwide.
The merged entity will also offer technology solutions, marketing services and branding support to enhance the growth and profitability of its customer network. The deal is expected to be complete in the next 45 days.
FFDS president and founder Tony Wanderon will take charge as lead the CEO of the newly formed NAC entity.
Christina Schrank will continue as NAC president, and Courtney Wanderon will be FFDS executive vice president.
Schrank said: "This transaction will provide a centralized resource for our agents and dealers, increase our overall capabilities, and empower new solutions and success for our customers."
