Opel has unveiled the next generation Corsa E in Paris and it will be formally launched at “Mondial de l’Automobile 2014 auto show to be held in Paris between October 4 to 19.
The car measures 4.02 meter in length and it will feature three-cylinder, 1.0 ECOTEC Direct Injection Turbo, the 1.0-liter three-cylinder will help in reduction of noise, vibration and harshness.
The three door model will be available for €14,480, which is capable of generating 66 kW/90 hp, and five door €15,230 variant will be capable of producing option 85 kW/115 hp.
Both the variants can pump 170 Nm of torque with 1,800 rpm.
The company is also launching a powertrain line-up of the Corsa with 1.4-liter turbo engine which is capable of producing 74 kW/100 hp and pump 200 Nm maximum torque.
Users will have an option to choose a 7-inch color touchscreen IntelliLink infotainment system which is compatible with Android and iOS.
The car will also feature advanced driver assistance systems like Advanced Park Assist and Side Blind Spot Alert sensors to enhance the driving experience.
Opel has also equipped the new Corsa with Hill Start Assist which prevents the car from rolling back in case the driver users sudden break. Other safety features include Opel Eye front camera, Forward Collision Warning and Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
