Jet's Pizza has introduced a new gluten-free pizza.
While Jet's isn't the first major pizza chain to introduce a gluten-free pizza, being "first" wasn't the issue. Jet's went for "better." The company set out to offer a better choice for pizza lovers who want to avoid gluten in their diets without compromising on taste or texture.
"It took a while, but I think we now offer the perfect tasting gluten free pizza," says Jet's co-founder John Jetts. "It has a great tasting crispy, crunchy thin crust, that others can't compare so now gluten free pizza lovers can start loving pizza again!"
Jet's Pizza takes pride in carefully selecting the ingredients used in all of their offerings, with careful attention to providing a menu of meal options that friends and family can easily share together. The company has gained a fanatical following across the country. Since its founding in 1978, Jet's Pizza has grown to over 375 stores in 20 states.
Jet's Gluten-Free Pizza meets all established requirements for labeling foods "gluten-free." No wheat, barley, rye, or any other gluten-containing grains are used, nor are ingredients that have been 'processed' to remove gluten. While the company takes meticulous care to please gluten-free Jet's lovers, in some of Jet's kitchens this pizza may have been exposed to gluten from other foods, so the company does not recommend it for those with celiac disease before checking with the store they order from.
