Baosteel Shipboard Electronic Certificate Family Has Been Extended.

At present, with successive uploading of the electronic certificated issued by BV and DNV, Baosteel shipboard electronic certificate family has been extended. Till now, Baosteel has successfully realized electronic issuance of 6 Society Classification including LR, KR, etc. Providing convenient and timely green certificate and value added services for shipboard clients.

For years, Baosteel has gained authorization from many society classification in inspection and testing, laying solid foundation for electronic certificate. Over the years' efforts, under the active advocacy and collaboration of society classification, based on the safety, anti-falsification and traceability, some society classification has gradually accept Baosteel's electronic shipboard certificate. That is to say, the ship surveyor could issue the shipboard certificate through Baosteel E-business platform, and our clients could download, print, subscribe and testify the E-certificate through the same platform. Meanwhile, a serial of safety protection measures are taken such as digital signature protection and light barrier anti-falsification, etc. In addition, classified authorization has been implemented to safeguard the security.  In July, 2011, Baosteel has first and successively realized on-line of KR e-certificate system, LR system, GL system, BV system and DNV system, etc.

The implementation of e-certificate could not only meet clients' needs better, raise the working efficiency,, save the printing paper and transportation with low carbon environmental friendly, but convenient for relevant parties to inquire, track, trace, collect, sort-out, file and save the certificate.
