Bank of China announced last Friday that Tian Guoli was appointed as chairman of Bank of China from May, 31.
According to the declaration in the stock exchange company posted by Bank of China, Tian was born in 1960 and joined Bank of China in April. Before that, he acted as vice-president and general manager of China International Trust & Investment Corporation Group.
Tian Guoli was appointed as chairman and executive director of band of China and the term was three years. Before annual general meeting in 2016, he acted as chairman and member of strategic development committee of bank of China.
