US-based dairy processor Borden Dairy has introduced the new LALA Oaxaca Cheese from Mexico to its product portfolio.
The new LALA Oaxaca Cheese is a stringy, hand-twisted queso with a smooth, mild flavour suitable for snacking, according to the company.
This cheese from Mexico is said to create quesadilla filling at a low melting point.
Commenting on the launch, Borden Dairy Brand Marketing and Innovation senior director Jenica Oliver said: "We have made it a top priority to keep formulations and packaging the same as in Mexico to ensure brand authenticity and nostalgia."
Besides Oaxaca Cheese, the company has also launched LALA Frutas dairy and fruit beverage, which is a combination of cultured low fat milk and fruit.
Available in strawberry and mango flavour, the Frutas drink is packaged in Tetra Gemina eco-friendly packaging that helps the product to retain freshness for a longer time.
Borden Dairy employs approximately 3,900 people and processes and sells milk in local markets. The company also produces milk products for foodservice and retail customers.
