Fosun International will spend USD 725 million taking over One Chase Manhattan Plaza, an office building in New York.
The company states in an announcement on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong that it will buy the property from JPMorgan Chase Bank.
The One Chase Manhattan Plaza is located in Financial District, Manhattan, with above-ground building being 60 storeys. It used to be global headquarters of Chase Manhattan Bank.
