UK-based YRG Eclipse has opened a new facility in Cottingham, East Yorkshire, in a bid to expand its operations in the region.
The new facility features modern equipment, which has been purchased with the support of Yorkshire Bank.
Yorkshire Bank provided £2m fund to the company to develop the new facility.
YRG recently purchased and renovated a new facility in Cottingham, which is specialized in designing and producing packaging mock-ups.
The facility has been installed with an advanced print and plate processing technology, as well as specialist machinery to recycle all processing solvents to reduce waste pollution and costs.
YRG Eclipse is the subsidiary of YRG (York Repro-Graphic) Group, which operates six facilities in the UK, Ireland and Kenya.
The business offers solutions to the packaging, canning and labelling industries.
YRG provides a range of pre-press and reprographic services to the FMCG sector, retailers, brands and print clients.
The firm’s customers comprise of Cadbury, Kellogg’s, Hovis Bread, Dulux and Pizza Express
