24 H03K trucks were ready to delivery to Iran. This is the first overseas order Dongfeng KINLAND Flagship won in the history. And the CKD packaging were finished in Dongfeng new factory.
As the high-end heavy truck that Dongfeng launched, it has important strategic meaning that KINLAND Flagship is exported to the overseas market. The CKD packaging product quality and delivery date are highly valued by the new factory. In the cab interior and exterior packaging process, interior decorative board, spoiler, cab door plate and other 12 varieties were for process assembly. Due to the irregular shape and the huge volume, how to ensure the process quality of packaging is a big problem. The workers and technical staff researched and tested again and again, and found a way to solve the problem. According to the shape and properties of the parts, they made the special specification box for internal frame fixed to increase the firmness, and solved the special problem of the parts structure and quality problems caused by the transportation.
The CKD packaging mission of 24 KINLAND trucks was finished in the end of July and delivered to Iran. It is expected that the CKD will be assembled in Iran factory in September. This is also the first time KINLAND exported to the world by CKD model.
