AXA Group's Italian subsidiary, Quixa has deployed Accenture's Duck Creek Rating software in an effort to improve its product definition and deployment capabilities and business management capabilities.
Using the newly implemented software, the company will now offer dynamic pricing based on customer relationships, in addition to rapidly responding to changing market conditions.
The solution is also expected to enable Quixa to improve its customer service through rapid introduction of new products and high-volume internet quoting.
Duck Creek Rating software had successfully addressed the company's requirement for high flexibility, rating and rules configuration capabilities, as well as a seamless integration to its current legacy systems.
Quixa CEO Filippo Sirotti said, ''We rely on the highly configurable nature of this product to enhance our business management processes and support our growth in a competitive market.''
Accenture's proven policy and claims software provides an integrated suite of software with modules, which can be deployed individually or as part of a broader migration strategy to help insurers configure products, transact lines of business and process claims.
Quixa provides car insurance policies online and through telephone in the Italian market since September 2008.
