These additions to the already impressive executive team will help to drive Conductiv's expansion into Europe, Latin America and Asia. With several large wins already in place and new brand signings coming this quarter, Conductiv has now added deep leadership talent in the areas of Consumer Brands, Digital Ad Agency and Global top tier retail experience.
The Conductiv board announced the addition Jeff Saunders, former COO of Global digital ad agency avVenta and CIO and executive marketing leader of Citigroup. "The addition of Jeff Saunders to the CEO position gives us deep experience dealing with Global Consumer Brands who need cloud-based and mobile solutions to compete in their push for reaching and transacting with Global consumers," said Executive Chairman Jay Noce.

Conductiv also announced the addition of Bob Daughton as Executive Vice-Chairman and operations lead. "Bob is a true industry veteran in the technology and retail sector, having grown such companies as Saks Department Store Group from an emerging firm into a Global Retail powerhouse.
As their COO Retail, he mastered the art of developing both flagship retail and technology presence along with a blueprint for driving growth on a global level," said Noce. "In his new role as Exec Vice-Chairman, Bob will help transform Conductiv further as it becomes the market leader in cloud-based Omnichannel platforms that align the data and transactional needs of both Brands and Retailers into a true partnership that drives growth."
