Pressure sensitive labels manufacturer Tapp Label Technologies has announced the acquisition of the assets of the US-based Ben Franklin Press & Label (BFP&L).
BFP&L president and general manager Dennis Patterson said the acquisition allows Tapp Label to offer customers a wide range of goods and services, better capacities, expanded product lines and service capabilities.
"All of us at BFP&L are extremely pleased to join Tapp Label Technologies because of our like-minded commitment to our customers' success and how we approach serving the wine & spirits marketplace," Patterson said.
BFP&L has printed pressure-sensitive and wet-glue/cut & stack labels for the wine & spirits industries primarily.
Tapp Label supplies labels to the North American wine & spirits markets.
