Winning Moves Has Hired David Ripley as Its New Chief Operating Officer

Winning Moves has hired David Ripley as its new chief operating officer to support the company's push into new products, licences and territories.

The new role will cover general operations, supply chain capability, product sourcing and online trading.

Ripley (pictured) brings 15 years commercial experience to Winning Moves. He has previously held a variety of commercial leadership roles at both Tesco and Woolworths, and has also recently completed a three and a half year assignment as a senior member of the commercial team at London 2012.

"I am delighted to be joining a great team of people at Winning Moves, as the company enters an exciting period of growth and significant range development," Ripley commented.

Tom Liddell, Winning Moves' chief executive, added: "I am thrilled to welcome David to Winning Moves during a critical development period for the future of the business.

"Winning Moves UK has recently secured the Hasbro licensing rights to develop a range of limited and special edition games, such as Monopoly, Cluedo, Risk and Twister in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, that will complement the existing portfolio of brands.
