Frozen food retailer Iceland is recalling its Chicken Shack - Half Chicken Chinese Five Spice in the UK due to an incorrect best before date, according to the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
The product being recalled is Iceland Chicken Shack - Half Chicken Chinese Five Spice 500g, bearing a Best before: 20 April 2014. According to the agency, best before date should be 20 April 2013.
If you have bought the above product Iceland advises not to use it but return it to your nearest Iceland store for a full refund. No other products or date codes are affected.
Iceland is a supermarket chain in the UK and Ireland. Its primary product lines include frozen foods, such as frozen prepared meals and frozen vegetables.
