Cosmetics packaging company Ileos has announced the acquisition of Le Papillon, a company engaged in contract filling and samples for fragrances and cosmetics.
The acquisition is set to support the role of Ileos in supplying unidose and samples for the beauty industry through its division, Bioplan.
Ileos is expected to achieve a turnover of €388m in 2012, post integration of Le Papillon.
Le Papillon president Watson Warriner said "I am very pleased to have this partnership with such a strong and renowned Group, it brings an international perspective to Le Papillon that complements its existing position in the United States, and gives significant potential for further innovation."
