Kate Weiland and Paul Cielinski Have Joined The Firm in Senior Management Roles

Concurrency, Inc., the 2012 Microsoft Central Region Partner of the Year and worldwide Content Management Partner of the Year, announced today that Kate Weiland and Paul Cielinski have joined the firm in senior management roles. Their additions are part of Concurrency's expansion in the Milwaukee and Chicago regions given record growth for the Microsoft-focused consulting services firm. In 2012 Microsoft awarded Concurrency four partner-of-the-year awards, including a repeat as Midwest Area Partner of the Year.

Kate Weiland is joining as Director of Human Capital Management. Paul Cielinski is joining as Customer Relationship Management Practice Manager. Both will be based from Concurrency's headquarters location in Brookfield.

Said Concurrency founder and President James Savage, "We've always been fortunate in our ability to attract top talent. Kate and Paul are two of the most experienced professionals in the region in their respective areas of expertise. We're thrilled to welcome both to our senior management team."

Kate Weiland was previously Vice President at Milwaukee-based Elite Human Capital Group, where she directed the firm's services in the professional information technology field. Kate became a well-known figure in the Wisconsin IT community as the founder and owner of an IT recruiting and consulting practice, C&C Recruiting and Consulting, which later merged with Elite Human Capital Group. She has over 15 years of experience in IT recruiting and talent management in software development, architecture and design, networking, and project management. Kate's professional association with Concurrency dates to 2005.

Paul Cielinski was previously CRM Practice Manager at Milwaukee-based Broadlook Technologies. His past experience includes both CRM and enterprise resource planning consulting. Paul is the founder and Interim Chairman of CRMUG-Milwaukee, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user group consisting of companies sharing a common interest in optimizing their use of Dynamics CRM. Paul earned an Executive MBA degree from Arizona State University. At Concurrency, he will oversee custom CRM development and implementation and continuing expanding Concurrency's Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice.

Said James Savage, "The addition of Kate Weiland and Paul Cielinski to our team is an important milestone in Concurrency's growth as a firm. In our business, success is a result of bringing together true experts, inspired by sharing knowledge and helping businesses improve productivity through information technology. As Director of Human Capital Management, Kate will apply her already deep understanding of our industry and Concurrency's own business to making that happen.

"In our CRM practice, bringing Paul on board communicates to the Microsoft Marketplace, as well as current and prospective clients, our commitment to offering comprehensive Dynamics CRM consulting as a core offering. As founder of CRMUG-Milwaukee, a Certified CRM 2011 Technology Specialist and an Executive MBA, Paul has his finger on the pulse of all things CRM."
