Canada-based TG Minto Corporation, a subsidiary of Japanese automaker Toyoda Gosei, has commenced operations at its new plant in Stratford, Ontario, Canada to meet automotive parts demand in North America.
The new 6,000 sq ft plant, called TG Minto Corporation Stratford Plant, will supply interior and exterior parts, pillar garnishes, column covers, and parts for instrument panels to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada.
The new plant, which began operations in July, will employ about 70 people and estimates sales of C$15m in fiscal 2014.
Established in September 2000, TG Minto Corporation produces interior and exterior automotive parts like radiator grilles and parts for instrument panels.
