Canadian seafood firm Clearwater Seafoods has unveiled new garlic cream Scallops & Sauce, which will be available to grocery retailers and restaurants.
The new garlic cream Scallops & Sauce features a Clearwater wild-caught and fresh-frozen scallop covered with garlic cream sauce. It can be consumed along with pasta, risotto, chicken, steak, fish or salads.
Clearwater garlic cream Scallops & Sauce are available in 8oz portions for retail and 6 oz portions for foodservice, under the Clearwater brand and can also be customized for private label.
Commenting on the launch, Clearwater Seafoods CEO Ian Smith said that the new product showcases the company's commitment to deliver quality foods to meet the increasing consumer demand.
Scallops & Sauce are manufactured in a GFSI-accredited facility by meeting the food safety & traceability standards.
